First of all, I was not given a receipt so I could not go on and do the survey online and second I ordered two smash burgers the classic one was a combo one just a sandwich. This was not a Smashburger. This was a regular hamburger I can make a Smashburger better than this and I’ve been to Jack-in-the-Box in Sacramento California, which is where I’ve originally had the Smashburger from Jack-in-the-Box and it was very good. I’m not sure what they just gave me a burger on a bun with some sauce and the bun is the cheapest bun I’m thinking you could find very disappointed. I would never suggest this from this location. And the bottom of the bag fries were hot but hard as rocks. Terrible. Just a terrible sandwich.

Comments: I haven't had a bacon ultimate cheeseburger in quite a while. Now it's a children's sandwich? It's tiny. Fries were a mix of regular and seasoned curly fries. I tried several drinks. The mix is off and most were out of stock. They over dilute the syrup to skim a little extra profit from each drink. Employees were kind of obnoxious speaking Spanish loudly but they cussed in English even louder. I'm trying to eat here if you don't mind. Came in at 11:57AM on June 20th 2025. Had a mobile order for a grilled cheese and 6 tacos. Received the nastiest, overcooked and generally disgusting fast food I’ve ever eaten. Staff was frantic and not friendly or attentive and the wait was super long for no reason at all. Only received 4 of the 6 tacos I ordered but I was already on the road when I found out. The grilled cheese would be better off as a frisbee than edible food. This was horrible and I will never come here again unless I receive a full refund via their super unintuitive app. Photos include the order, the bag and all the trash that came out of the bag. Also side note, add napkins to all mobile orders. Are you actually kidding me? What a joke.

Went there this morning 4/5/25. The girl taking orders in drive through was incredibly rude. Kept saying “what” when I was trying to order. Then when I get to the drive through window she takes my payment and hands me my food without ever saying a word… then slams the drive through window in my face… Our food was terrible. I don’t have super high expectations considering it’s fast food but the burger buns were dried out and had no sauce on them. waste of money. NEVER GO HERE!

I was unhappy. They had no ice cream and no milk shakes. Their soda machine was out of most of the selections. And the ones that were available were nasty tasting .
