Pho has become our favorite "dine out" dish. We look for it on the road and routinely have it at ABC in Folsom, Thai Kitchen in Lodi, and Coriander in Midtown if we're there. To find a good pho option so close will save us time and gas. Leslie had the vegetarian in beef broth, and I had beef ball/rare steak. My toughest decision was large or small.
