Celebrated my birthday at this establishment. Despite initial hiccups with undercooked burgers, the management promptly addressed the issue with genuine sincerity. A drive-thru encounter with an employee, seemingly disenchanted with life, added a touch of negativity, but the manager's apology acknowledged the lack of customer service skills. Called in an Order for freshly made big Carl's didn't catch the ladys name but super helpful over the phone. Gregory helped us when we got there. Super friendly great customer service!
