Although I like the food, their pricing has just gotten out of control. To charge nearly $15 for one person eating a medium size meal is not sustainable. It’s no wonder the place was not busy. Restrooms were also dirty as was the drink station. I can eat at many sit down restaurants and not spend this much, including tip, and get a burger equal and better fries. I’m not saying I’d never go back, but it will not be as often, if not rarely.

First time eating at this Carl's Jr, and WOW! Amazing quality food, and excellent service; the establishment was clean and well taken care of. The burgers were as big as they are in the commercials and that is rare! Thank you Greg for the great service and ensuring our experience was awesome. Will absolutely be back!

Celebrated my birthday at this establishment. Despite initial hiccups with undercooked burgers, the management promptly addressed the issue with genuine sincerity. A drive-thru encounter with an employee, seemingly disenchanted with life, added a touch of negativity, but the manager's apology acknowledged the lack of customer service skills. The disgruntled employee's claim of shortening cook times, possibly due to concerns about burgers burning, raises questions of internal issues or, perhaps, inadvertent sabotage.

Unfortunately 4 out of 4 burgers were raw. Manager made it right. While I was waiting for refund I over heard employee in back say she turned down burger machine cause it was burning the burgers ???? Aren't the burgers supposed to be charbroiled?

My wife and I both had the Western bacon cheeseburger meals from the drive-thru window and the lady was really nice and patient. The Western bacon ? cheeseburgers were excellent as were the French fries. We were very satisfied with our meals and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carl's Juniors to our friends and family...

In general I really like Carls Jr. this location in Martell is disappointing. The food is often not quite hot, the sodas dripping down the cup, and the service is slow at best. The dining room is always a little sticky. I just wish it could be better.
