6:44 am the day after Christmas. Drive through young woman working the second window in the Jackson California location. Brought me my order and told me all of my condiments were in the brown bag. I asked: ketchup too? She then pointed at me, scolding me and said. You didn’t order ketchup, you have to order ketchup. Then she tossed a handful of ketchup in the bag. This is the best McDonalds I have ever been to. It is always clean, the workers are very professional and the food comes fast and always tastes fresher than any other McDonalds I've been to. I'm shocked they don't have a higher rating because I am always impressed when I visit town and eat here.
