I came into McDonald’s and was forced to use the kiosk to place my order I don’t like these things and I feel it encourages our kids to be anti socialSo we will find a different fast food place in Jackson to go to every Wednesday before our scout meeting!!

I support helping the handicap have jobs but omg, it was very difficult to place our order with the gentleman at the counter, then the food came missing part of the order, then asked for ranch, he gave 1 ranch and there were 3 of us. The fellow just seemed really overwhelmed and the restaurant wasn't busy. I will never be back to jackson california McDonald's..

Two lanes at this drive thru makes a huge difference.Classic McDonald's.Loses one star because they forget the napkins about half the time.
Drive thru was quick but everyone has to wait for food.Kid-friendliness: Gave us the Happy Meal at Drive thru. All other food we had to wait.

This is the best McDonalds I have ever been to. It is always clean, the workers are very professional and the food comes fast and always tastes fresher than any other McDonalds I've been to. I'm shocked they don't have a higher rating because I am always impressed when I visit town and eat here.
