JIB has gone down hill. I don't use them anymore. I just tried from a promo and it didn't seem to work or it was make the order and hope the promo was accepted. In that way CS would have to be contacted for the promo refund. Not worth it for the products offered.

I ordered a smashburger that was the driest Burger I have eaten I won't be ordering it ever again
Ordered tacos, egg rolls, and two bacon burgers. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. I got home and the tacos and egg rolls were in the bag, but the burgers were not. Not much you can do about that when you live an hour away. And for what they charge for these burgers...really frustrating.

Had to wait 15 mins in drive thru before being told it would be a few before he could take our order, which was another 10 mins ( and there were no other customers) then while waiting for our food ( 2 burgers and a curly fry) the employee was dropping the "F" bomb like no one was around. Then to top it off our food was cold, not even a little warm

The food is mid I mean it's jack in the box so how good can it get? But the customer service is TERRIBLE I feel like their night crew specifically is really rude. TJ they're "night boss" is an actual jackass who should be fired. I also had a lady yell at me one night bc they were closing 2 hours earlier then the posted time and she yelled at me over the intercom saying WERE SHORT WERE CLOSED lol. Honestly I'll still go here simply bc it's the only one but they do suck service wise.
The longest drive through fast food wait I have ever experienced. I couldn't understand what in the heck was taking so long. Plenty of people working inside. Then I realized, they were prioritizing mobile orders and things like door dash over their customers where were present.
