My 84 yr old mom wanted to treat the 3 us for an ice cream since it was 80th anniversary and 80 cents a scoop she told them that’s what she was there to do my partner had 2 scoops my mom and I had 1 Her Bill was $18.98 she about cried . The young man told her she needed the app so we both tried to download the app and No WiFi . The young man told told us oh yeah WiFi not working good today !!! We were not successful in getting app and paid full price for the ice cream . We drove all the way from Pinole 14 miles Just not a great experience ! I asked for the owners name he told me no manager was there said owners name is Julius and he did not know his phone number

0 stars! I ordered a two scoop banana royal and got maybe one scoop of ice cream. It was the saddest throw together thing I’ve ever gotten. I will not be ordering from them again! Soooo dissatisfied!?

Was great and friendly service,They just need to find or make a way to stop everybody from bum rushing into the small store from both doors.Other B/R I been to, go in one side door and out the other side ,one or two groups at a time...

I came tonight at 7pm for ice cream to go... I got a brownie sundae, a banana royale. I got a milkshake that was suppose to be cookies and cream... they gave me choco chip cookie dough.... this is happened to me twice....

Most ice cream stores are very lacking in the ingredient known as "Love" but I gotta say, I could genuinely taste the Love in my milkshake. Not all watered down like they usually are, skimping on the ice cream but generous with the milk. But this milkshake was so thick and ?

The ice-cream cakes here are really good for a reasonable price.I don't expect five star customer service because the workers are young, full time student who probably get paid a few dollars more than minimum wage. Their ice cream scoops are always generous & too big for me to finish.
