This boba shop is an absolute gem! Every time I come here, I’m blown away by the quality and consistency of their drinks. The standout for me has to be their sweet cream strawberry green tea it’s hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. So fresh, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and bursting with real strawberry flavor. It’s the perfect drink to cool down with, especially on a hot day! Their boba is always soft and chewy, just the way it should be. I also really appreciate how clean and welcoming the shop is. The staff is super friendly, always greeting you with a smile and happy to help you choose something if you’re unsure. If you’re a boba lover or just looking for a great drink spot, you need to try this place. That sweet cream strawberry green tea alone is worth the trip!

I used to love this Bober location but the last time I went, my friend and I got almond milk drinks that tasted chemically and it was horrible. Ever since that incident, we haven't gone back. Plus, sometimes their mochi donuts are stale and not fresh. I wish Wingstop never moved from this building!

No service. Asked for no ice and gave tons of ice. Drink quality decreases everything time. Plushie cups went up from 3 to 5 and just went down in quality.

This location used to be ok but has gone downhill lately. My last drink had old boba, spoiling milk, and I poured it out. Two out of three mochi doughnuts tasted old. I will not be returning.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. THEY ARE NO LONGER AFFILIATED WITH BOBER. They do not have access to online orders and cannot/will not refund or make your drinks unless you order in store. They gave me a number to call to request refund but it's someone's personal number (which... why does this person have access to payments) and they WILL NOT RESPOND OR ANSWER CALLS. You cannot contact Bober corporate since it was a franchise. Had to jump through hoops and report it to my credit card company. Merchant phone number also DOES NOT WORK. Bank approved my claim so long later because they have to give the merchant adequate time to reply (which they didnt over a month later) and I was awarded the claim. DO NOT ORDER AHEAD ONLINE. If they aren't affiliated with bober then they need to TAKE THE COMPANY NAME OFF YOUR SIGN AND HAVE THE WEBPAGE SHUT DOWN!

Girls inside refused to make the drink I proved I ordered or cancel the order and said I would have to just report fraud on my credit card because they have no control over it. There’s no way to cancel online or get a refund. Complete scam here.

I tried this place 3 times before giving a fair assessment. The tea even when adjusting sweet levels is still pretty sweet, the tea doesn't seem very premium compared to other tea shops. The mochi donuts are okay, prices were also a bit high for the lack in quality.
Been here a few times and has been great. Showed up today at 1030am and they were closed. I live 20 mins away.

I was really looking forward to trying this place and picked up a dozen mochi donuts to share as a host. While the interior was clean and inviting, and the staff was kind and welcoming, unfortunately, the donuts were extremely stale. They were dry, lacked freshness, and were poorly received by my guests. It was disappointing, to say the least.
If these donuts were a day old or had been sitting out all day, I would have much preferred they not sell them at all rather than have customers spend money on something so subpar. Experience fell short and hope it’s avoided for future customers.

I purchased donuts for pickup and when my son got there to pick them up they had sold all their donuts and hadn't updated the system and he had traveled 45 minutes to get there. It was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. We will never buy from this vendor again. It's very unprofessional.

Very cute place. I love the decor and wall art. They’re cash less so cards or mobile pay only. They do lack customer service but it may be intentional since order are kiosk only. The Boba cups are very cute but the price you pay and how much you isn’t a good value.

Kawaii. Everything about this place is designed to be cute. Swing seats, a ball pit, and a covering of fake pink roses across the walls and ceiling. The actual boba and mochi donuts are good but not the best. Though overall this is a great place to bring young ladies to play while you enjoy a boba. Note, cards only for payment, no cash.
