Very good staff member there was employee named Renu. She was very nice and kind. She ordered my food very fast. The food was good. In my opinion they have good fries. They are very fast. The cashier was very nice also the drive thru person. Their chocolate shake is very good. The food is always hot and ready to eat.

There’s an obvious reason why this place looks so empty all of the time. It’s 6:30 on a Saturday night and the place looks closed. Walk inside stand at counter for a few minutes and there’s absolutely no one at the counter. I turned around and walked out.

Service is a total joke. Friday at 4:00 p.m. I walked in and was the 3rd person in line. 12 minutes later I was able to order. It took another 14 to get the food. That’s 26 minutes for a whopper without any special order.

I won’t be coming back to this place any time soon.

Don't trust the low review numbers, the food was fresh and the employees were nice.

now keep in mind when I rate it 5 stars I'm rating it 5 stars for classic fast food, not rating it as if it's a 3 star Michelin restaurant... So that 5 is on the scale for cheap crappy fast food restaurants :)

Took my son here after he won a baseball tournament (his choice). The server at the counter David made it a really special visit for him. David has a great mind for customer service, if you go there and David is behind the counter you're assured to have a great experience.

Went to the drive-thru got two double cheeseburgers and they were raw and I cannot get a hold of anybody there. I do not live in the area but the food was raw meat

I waited for 15 minutes for 4 Impossible burgers, and they couldn't even get those right.

Also, why offer a vegan burger, then keep the mayo on it? Kind of terrible when you can't even train your employees to actually take the mayo off when asked. Don't think I'll be back.

They added 30% to my check on top of the advertised price of my food. When I pointed this out, I was basically told to go F myself. Unbelievable that BK allows franchises to operate like this.
