The food was fresh and hot. Drive up had a bit of a toilet smell. Drive up, windw staff was friendly and polite but VERY hard to understand.

If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE service, took over 10 min to order, over 30 min to get our food. Lots of communication barriers and giving us the wrong items. An epic fail for sure.

I was served a Whopper junior at the drive-thru when I opened it it had a cracked in half cold bun with brown welted lettuce, I drove back through and was told that's how they were taught to make them really. They taught you to give me an old cold cracked in half bun with wilted. Brown lettuce? Refused a refund. The place is a dump outside. Will not be bothering to come here again

They don't provide trays anymore even when you dine in you'll get your food in take out bags, soda machine is out of service every day I went there and it has been like that for weeks, today I ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich and no tomatoes when I asked they said they ran out and no refund possible. I understand cutting costs but not to a level to wipe out the minimum standard of the burger king brand.

Very bad service at the drive thruI ask for ketchup and the guy gave me the eye! plus I was paying with apple pay and I have to handle my cellphone the guy was to slow and ask for my password ! That’s just not right, right !

really bad BK. quality is just awful, very slow service even when no one is there and half the times they miss something in my order, possibly a language barrier with the Indian workers.

I ordered the mushroom Swiss melt . It was COLD. The cheese would not melt the mushrooms came out of the fridge without being warmed .You could tell because it was colder than the room temperature rest of the burger. Not even the bread was toasted . I couldn't belive it .they served it un toasted.i have a feeling the owners don't know to much about how to cook American food . They are trying to run this fast food joint they bought and have no ideal on how to serve the food on the menu. Take a class . Your food isn't prepared correctly. Hot food is a major deal breaker. In this country we don't eat cold burgers.

I must be a glutton for punishment, but I've had multiple terrible experiences here.One time in the evening, I was the lone person in the drive thru and the inside of the restaurant appeared empty. When I pulled up to the call box, I had to say "hello?" several times before someone answered. The worker asked me to wait and I ended up waiting nearly 10 minutes for him to be ready to take my order. Food still took forever to come out and was mediocre at best.Another time, I ordered ahead for pick up through the BK app. The inside of the restaurant looked miserable and uninviting and smelled "stale," like an old deserted building (it's a terrible indication that a restaurant does not smell like food). Anyway, food again was rather mediocre. I usually like Burger King and it's fairly nostalgic for me. However, I would not be sad if this location closed up or better yet, changed to more competent ownership.

worst service and food. We had a coupon for 2 whopper meals. I ordered the meals for 14.49. I told them I didn't need the drinks, so they said they were gonna charge me full price, because I'm not getting the drinks. So I told them to include the drink, got the cheaper price, came home and dumped the drinks down the sink. WTH!

I placed an order for 2 of the crispy chicken wraps..I was sooo disappointed!! It was a little piece of chicken w/ a few pieces of cut lettuce & a little tomato. Looks nothing like what they advertise on tv & it was tiny it should've been on the $1
