We visited the California Magic Club today and it was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the Bay Area. This place is on another level. Every magician we encountered was incredibly talented, but what stood out even more was how engaging and attentive they were with everyone—adults and kids alike.
The table-side magic was absolutely mind-blowing. Seeing that level of skill up close makes the experience feel personal and unforgettable. The staff were amazing as well—welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do.
What really makes this place special is that it’s not just about entertainment—they truly promote the culture of magic and are actively keeping it alive. You can feel that passion in every performance.
If you’re looking for something unique, memorable, and genuinely impressive, this is hands down the top magic destination in the Bay Area. We’ll definitely be back.

This is a magic club with limited number of tables. It was sold out the night we went. There is table magic before and during dinner. After dinner, there is a show. There were 2 different performers the night we went. The crowd was very enthusiastic, especially one woman who was maybe a little inebriated. That did add to the fun. Dinner is prix fixe, beef, chicken and green beans with salad prior to entree. Dessert was 4 small bites - delicious. They came around often to check on us. There is a vegetarian option, but I don't know what it is. If you like magic, this is a fun place. The headliners change, so you can go more than once and see different performers. They all did a good job of engaging the audience.

If you’re looking for the ultimate date night, this is it! We had the most incredible time at California Magic Club. The table-side illusions were absolutely mind-blowing, and the service was top-tier. Heather and Cerena truly go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome all night long. We also love that they offer an amazing Sunday show—it’s the perfect way to wrap up the weekend if you can’t make it on a Friday or Saturday. An unforgettable experience!

All of the performers were great, personable, and very funny.
Highly recommended! Well worth the drive if you do not live nearby. I’d also recommend grabbing a beer at Five Suns a bit before the show, then moseying down the street when doors here open.

We throughly enjoyed the entire night. Before the show there were magicians performing magic right at your table and it was amazing. They interacted with you and did some amazing magic upclose and personal. The service was fantastic and food was really good. I will be back.
