This place is a must-visit! Had no idea it existed until the day of the show. My wife and I went here for a date night and had an amazing time! The magicians come straight to your table during dinner and perform mind-blowing tricks. Then the show starts, with more impressive magic and plenty of humor to go along with it. My family had a terrific time at California Magic Club last night, our first time there. It really is a Supper Club, where one dines while being entertained. The magic tricks and mentalist experiences with audience members were amazing. We enjoyed the dinner. But the best part of this establishment is the way in which Gerry, the owner, and his fellow magicians, convey their primary goals: to amaze people while making them laugh, a lot.Vegetarian options: This is a fixed menu. They have one vegetarian option, angel hair pasta with pesto.

Planned a birthday dinner for just us girls. I never knew this place was here! Upon entry it was very quirky but we soon felt comfortable. The staff was fun , friendly and the close up magic was surprisingly entertaining. The food was great and there are healthy portions of it! We did not leave hungry. The show was amazing and the bday girl was happy and pleased with such a unique choice of place to celebrate. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back again soon!

My husband, our friends, and I had a very magical evening last night at the magic dinner theater. We have been talking about trying it for so long, and we finally did. We shouldn't have waited so long. From the roaming up close magic performances tableside to the emcee and warm-up magician to the headline act, our night was highly entertaining. I can't forget to mention how good the dinner was, too. Great staff. The price is not cheap, but it is well worth it for a special night out. It's just another reason why Martinez is the best town around!
