Stopped in for a burger and fry’s. The time was about 9:45 the place looks closed at first glance from the front , get up to the drive thru and order. Food gets prepped and after 5 minutes a guy opens the window and hands me my order. Iam not out of the parking lot and my small fry that cost almost $4 are cold and old. If you’re gonna charge that much at least serve up fresh fry’s. The burgers were ok but lacked any seasoning or flame broiled taste. Not worth $18 that’s for sure. Iam not saying this to keep you away, Iam just sharing my experience tonight.

Employee working the drive through at 0830 on June 4th harassing me for charity money. Before I even order any food he asks if I want to donate a dollar for their scholarship charity or whatever they were fundraising for I don’t remember. I said “sure”. He then asks me if “that $1 was enough?” Like dude…I’m starving, you asked for a donation, I gave it to you…what more do you want? I just want to order a $5 breakfast sandwich without being begged for a $5 donation. Leave me alone….

I always go to this location but never went inside. Drive tru only. So today I wanted to use the restroom. I walked in and ask to use the restroom and they said I have to buy something to use the restroom.
I think washing your hands before interacting is a good health practice. You don’t know where peoples hands have been. I think it’s a good health practice to wash your hands if need.
She said carls jr requires their customers to buy something before using the restroom. Not a good health practice. Especially is the customer need to wash their hands before interacting with the cashier.

This Carl's Jr location is so bad. I ordered the chicken tender meal through the app it was so old. The chicken was shriveled and overcooked, the fries were cold, soggy, and had black bits in them. Just a really bad location for quality food.
