Unfortunately, my experience at this Dutch Bros location was disappointing. As soon as I pulled in, I was rushed to give my order before I had a chance to view the menu. The employee took my order from a spot where the menu wasn’t even visible yet, which made it difficult to remember all the add-ons I wanted—like the popping boba I normally include in my drink.
I believe the ordering process would be much smoother and more customer-friendly if guests were given time to view the full menu before being asked to order. Not everyone remembers every detail off the top of their head, especially with so many fun drink options to choose from.
I usually enjoy Dutch Bros, but this particular visit felt rushed and impersonal. I hope they consider improving the flow of their drive-thru for a better customer experience.

This location needs to figure out how to keep people from lining up in the middle of the street. This is ridiculous and will caus accidents. Happens at least 4 times a week when I drive by.

We’re from Northern California where there’s a Dutch Bros on every corner so when we spent a few days down in the Bay Area and we couldn’t find one we went on the Dutch Bros find me app and we went 55 minutes out of our way from San Francisco to get a Dutch Bros beautiful little town the coolest Dutch Bros you’ll ever see the people were just green
No waiting!!! This was the fastest one yet. The gentleman in the drive thru was pleasant. Coffee was on point.
