Florence Italian Restaurant Inc

The restaurant feels almost like a hole in the wall. The atmosphere feels very authentic, and very peaceful. The staff are amazing, and have always been so polite to my family and I. I have seen staff members immediately go to hold the door open for those who use canes or wheelchairs. Over the times I’ve been there, I had many of their items, and all of them are great. My favorite item is the Gnocchi with Gorgonzola. Overall, this restaurant is absolutely an underrated gem, and I’d completely recommend it.

Our son just got back from Italy and stated that his Spaghetti Di Mare was sublime and what people would wait a lengthy time for in Trastevere. Very good! All homemade and fresh.

They didn’t tell me they ran out of cones until after I paid. Served me a broken half cone. No apologies. Paid $6 for this. 7 with tip.

Edit: I asked for a cup with a cone on top. Pretty normal. No one said I’d be getting a half cone. I asked for a whole cone after receiving it and they told me they ran out of cones. Didn’t know there was a crisis.

Tried to eat dinner here the other week night. We wanted to sit outside. Asked the waitress inside and she rolled her eyes and sighed with attitude. Apparently she was the only server and she already had ONE table inside. We decided to eat somewhere else with better customer service and more friendly staff.

My favorite spot , please don't come here, don't want yall messing up my spot lol

Welp... food was good but cold by the time I was able to eat it. I am moving out of my house and ordered for pick up to take a break. I checked the box for utensils when i ordered... I got back to my place and didn't have any fork or napkin with my food. I had to drive to the gas station to obtain those. By the time I got back my food was pretty cold. I don't have a microwave or utensils in my nearly empty house.Food was probably fantastic when it was warm, but I don't think I'd pay $21.95 for this size plate of spaghetti again.

Delicious Italian food, very clean, very friendly restaurant on the Main St. of Martinez. Street parking with lots of atmosphere all around.

New restaurant, BAD service and the atmosphere. My husband and I decided to lunch there. It was our first and the last time there. This place was empty. No customers. I'm not surprised after we've being treated like street beggars. The rude dark haired waitress in her late thirties didn't come to greet or invite us in. She ordered us like we were unwelcome guests. I tried to switch my chair since it was unstable thus the floor had a defect. She proceeded to scold me about damaging that chair. That was the last drop. We left this restaurant. Actually, I went back and told that woman that she mistreated customers and I would contact the owner. She continued having a smirk and saying "thank you" many times as she was mocking me. I wonder if she relates to the owners since many other reviewers mentioned her obnoxious attitude previously. Why is she there, if her "crappy" attitude ruins this business and loosing customers? I contacted Elsa the owner. She didn't want to hear my input so Elsa passed me on to her husband. Roberto wasn't surprised about this waitress' behavior and promised to talk to her. Good Luck. Don't waste your time and let her ruin your business. Get her out of there. Read Yelp reviews!

Very good restaurant, super cordial and friendly service. We feel very comfortable and well cared for. We went with two year and a half babies and they were given high chairs. Very delicious food and reasonable prices.
