Stopped at the Lakes Park farmers market today and come across Gina’s. They had a line so I knew it was worth trying. Boy Iam I glad I did. Hands down the best tamales, Al pastor and birria ever!
OMG! Best torta in town! If you know me, you know I love a good torta and this one was to die for. The bread was crusty of the outside and soft on the inside. I opted for the milanesa de pollo and it's was so flavorful. The refired beans were so tasty and the veggies were nice and fresh. My husband got the chorizo and egg torta and he loved it. We opted for the spicy salsa and it was so good. The owner was so sweet and had us sample the chicken chorizo he makes in house...
If you are in the mood for Mexican food that’s flavorful, authentic, and has plenty of variation this is it!I had the mole torta and it hit the spot. Flavors were complex and overly chocolaty.The staff is friendly, attentive, and very serious about their craft. A great experience all around.
