Spent $20 on luke warm whipped cream. They served us warm left out ice cream. I don't' recommend.
Pros:-Such a unique variety of flavors-They changed from paper menu ordering to reusable ones with dry erase markers which I appreciate-Prices are fair considering the economy (rent, wages, goods, etc)-There’s something for everyone on the menuCons:-No matter how busy or not it is, I’ve regularly always had to wait around 20 minutes for my order, even when it’s just a scoop of ice cream-The staff is all very young and seems frazzled-The milkshakes are hit or miss—either delicious, or very milky/watered downEither way, I love this place and will continue to visit and recommend!
Guava ice cream and great smoothies. Only wish they had Hawaiian style shave ice here as well.
First time I went to this place and I asked for a avocado smoothie, I'm guessing either the milk they used or the avocado was really bad, I had food poison (that was the only thing I ate all day)
I think this place could be very good and I am only commenting on their new sandwiches so they can make them great. For a $16 prawn sandwich, I expect… great. The bun is too large and fluffy, making it an overall bready experience. Prawns were tasty, all was fresh. Not sure why pickled ginger was laid over the whole sandwich as it completely over powered the taste of everything else, might be better on the side. They may be aiming for something else but I was expecting a Vietnamese style sandwich. Lots of delicious looking sweet drinks there but I didn’t order any this time.
Amazing food. I ordered the chicken and pork bowls and my husband and I love both. Plenty of food and very satisfying! The ice cream is amazing, too!
their Halo-halo drink and absolutely super delicious
I would like to rate this place higher but there have been several occasions where I have explicitly made a trip to Martinez to take new people there for the first time only to find Guava closed early. I have even started trying to call ahead to avoid showing up and the shop being closed but they have never answered the phone when I have called. Today I tried calling ahead because I was going to take my dad there for the first time but no answer. We showed up over an hour before their store hours say they close but the doors were already locked. In the couple of minutes I was in front of Guava, four other parties were disappointed to find the store closed especially early without anything posted. This happens too often. The ice cream and shakes are very good but they consistently run out of popular flavors. I would call ahead to make sure they have what I want but as I mentioned, they don’t seem to answer the phone. If Guava could adjust and stop wasting the time of customers that want to support them, they would deserve a better rating.
Delish! Their fruit smoothies are tasty! They have a fun menu of options, which include a couple of traditional ice cream flavors, and some fruity alternatives. The ordering is easy and flexible. Grab an order sheet, mark what you’d like, turn it in/pay and then wait for the yummy goodness.I believe they have food as well, but I didn’t see a menu for it, though they did have pics of it flashing on their screen. They were super busy and presumably understaffed because it took longer than I would have expected to get our order of a smoothie, ice cream, and shake. Hopefully that’s not the norm.Looking forward to going back and trying something else.
Entered into Guava, nice atmosphere, but ordering had to be done via a paper slip, which was impersonal. We had 5 people fill out the slips, went to the register and was told they were out of boba. I really hope this isn't a regular occurrence. Not sure if I will be back to find out.

I can't say enough nice things about this lovely little gem. Super clean, family friendly, indoor & outdoor seating, extremely nice staff, delicious treats for everyone, I literally could go on and on. If you are in the area or not (lol) it's totally worth the trip.
Had the Ube shake with additional add ons and it was fire. The shrimp bowl was fire and also the pork belly bowl as well. If you have a sweet tooth or just want something sweet come check them out, you will not be disappointed.
Hawaiian size servings, being treated like family when you get in, and great customer service. Got food late but they made up with it for explaining the reasons and making our stay awesome! Thank you to staff!!!!
Excellent! So glad to have a place so close. Will definitely be back.
Delicious! Came here for ice cream after a flu shot and they did not disappoint. Milkshake is easy to drink and well done. Good portions for the price. We'll definitely come again!
