I think this place could be very good and I am only commenting on their new sandwiches so they can make them great. For a $16 prawn sandwich, I expect… great. The bun is too large and fluffy, making it an overall bready experience. Prawns were tasty, all was fresh. Not sure why pickled ginger was laid over the whole sandwich as it completely over powered the taste of everything else, might be better on the side. They may be aiming for something else but I was expecting a Vietnamese...
