This was such an amazing experience. The fish and chips was amazing. The fries were amazing. Even the coleslaw was good. 6/5 stars. The sweet chili sauce with fish was a new experience an tasted great! Tartar sauce is homemade and also amazing. Now I know why this place is always packed.

LOOK AT THIS MAC! LOOK AT IT! STOP READING AND LOOK SOME MORE!!! The gouda bacon mac was amazing and I would order it every day if I could. Staff was friendly, and the beer was solid for a smaller tap selection.

What a cool place to watch Sunday football. Had the best polish dog with pastrami and cheese. So delicious, every last bite. Service was very upbeat and friendly. Recommended a great beer.

Stopped in for lunch with my mom today. Soft drinks served in a can, no ice available to transfer soda to a glass with ice. Also, heads up NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED, VENMO AND CASH ONLY. Dogs were good, I wonder if they changed their bun vendor. TV on but screen frozen on a football game, odd

I absolutely loved my experience at Hillside. I came in on Amtrak to attend to some business and when I waited for my next adventure, I enjoyed a fantastic burger, fries and a beer. When my friend joined me he had a delicious hot dog that he said had the best hot dog bun he has ever eaten.
The young woman co-owner was a delight. If I lived in the area I would visit regularly!

I really enjoyed food and vibe here. one suggestion, I had the Chicago which was good but highly recommend just going with the classic poppy seed steamed bun like a proper Chicago. no fancy hoagie needed.
