I love ians. But. There was two workers, a girl and a guy. The girl was doing all the work with the toppings becaue they were closing down 30 minutes early, while the guy just sat behind the register and made her do all the work. They also put the hard shell chocolate away and wouldnt put it back out for us, even though they’d be open for 30 more minutes. It was a SATURDAY.

This is the perfect treat for a hot day. Ian's has plenty of fro-yo flavors to choose from which makes the customer feel good. The price can be a little expensive sometimes, so it can be a place to go there not as frequently as others.🍦

Looks closed...says open till 8:30. Employees let us in as they clean....
2-3 more customers come in and one employee starts getting very frustrated that he can't close early.
Every customer had something negative and rude said to them. Some customers even responded back ....it was very awkward being there to spend $20 on two yogurt bowls with your pregnant wife lol
Wanted to try a local spot but won't be back. Back to yogurt land it is.
I would fire that employee , dude was GRUMPY from the start. (Not one wearing LA hat, the other one who was heavier set, mask, glasses) looks like he's done this before (they call him Trevor) . Never seen someone so mad for not getting to close EARLY
Ps. Google says you close at 9pm.
Fire this dude or we not coming back (local and eat ice cream often)

I love this place! My only complaint is the overwhelming, suffocating smell of fabuloso every single time we go. It doesn’t matter the time of day, it’s so strong that it sticks with you after you walk out. You can smell it as you’re walking to the door. I just feel like a different cleaner could be used. But I love this place and will go back, fabulouso or not.
