Food was fire but dude skimped on the curly fries and he was light weight rude && he gave bbq sauce instead of ranch . If my cousin wasn’t so hungry and ate the little bit of curly fries in his munchie meal for 13$ I woulda took a pic it was not good lol. And bruh tried to send me away without my boba lol. Some Mexican he was probably having a bad day and I always use my manners please and thank you lol.

This place does something most fast food restaurants dont. They provide separate bags for each meal deal purchased. It insures accuracy that your order is correctly given to you. I've yet to see low quality(cold) food served to me as many times as I've been there as well. Which is impressive considering how surprisingly fast drive thru service is.

Decided to try again, got an iced tea....and apparently they don't carry lemon anymore!!! 🤬 iced tea and lemon go together and they used to have lemon. It just sucks they wont carry lemons

I swung through the drive-thru looking for something quick and greasy, and that’s exactly what I got. The curly fries were hot and crispy, probably the best part of my meal. I ordered a Jumbo Jack and it was fine—not amazing, but it hit the spot. The bun was a little soggy, though, and the lettuce looked kinda tired. Service was fast but not super friendly, just your basic “here’s your food, have a day” kind of vibe. The inside looked clean from what I could see, but I didn’t stick around. Honestly, it’s not gourmet, but it gets the job done when you're craving fast food
They forgot the birria ranch dipping sauce, so I had sad dry tacos.

I went through the drive-thru, and not only did the lady keep interrupting me, but after I placed part of my order, she repeatedly gave me the total and told me to pull up to the window, even though I wasn’t finished ordering. I also saw her dip the cups directly into the ice barrel without wearing gloves. I believe the health inspector needs to check this location because the same lady who handled the cash also dipped her hand into the ice container. Also maybe consider having some who can speak English fluently and has a better attitude

Been there a few times I always get my food cold and all stiff I ask for them to make it fresh and they will just heat it up ! ? that’s why i prefer the jack in monument i rather drive the extra mile than to deal with these snobby people … i mean im paying for it ! I don’t want to have some stale food ? manager there is really rude also and they seem to not care for their jobs at all it’s really sad to see
