JP Bistro in Martinez is a total win. Fun, down-to-earth owners, fresh ingredients, and consistently delicious food. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and the menu has something for everyone 😉 plus adult drinks if you want 'em. No need to dress up, just come hungry. Low-key vibe, top-tier flavor.

This was my second time getting take out for my mom aka I call her grandma lol she gets the fish and chips with cole slaw. She said it’s the best she has ever had so yummy great portions. They are so nice. I’ll need to try them with my family

Every dish we ordered was good, with one being simply outstanding - milkfish soup. The taste, the texture of the fish…. One spoon and I was teleported back to the streets of Tainan.

Staff seemed a little rude at first then became somewhat attentive, lacked on refills of strawberry lemonade [ powdered] a robbery $8..like really??!!. Food was disgusting, I had a chorizo omelet...what a disaster and disappointment, my son had the fish n chips...disgusting and doughy [ like all dough no fish] fries were gross no flavor and cooked in old oil [literally you can taste it] supd to come with tartar sauce had to ask like 3X for it!! When it's included!! Straight disgusting, inedible, flavorless and very pricey for something that should've cost arnd $30-$40 bucks OUR BILL WAS LIKE $65 AFTERWARDS for 1 adult and 1 kid!! Chinese restaurant turned American/Spanish Mex. Disgusting. I work hard for my money and don't mind paying for good food and service. This was by far one of the WORST EXPERIENCES OF OUR LIVES!! How do these businesses manage to stay open selling crap like that!! Very disappointed. DON'T SPEND UR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE!! BEST OFF AT IHOP OR DENNYS!! 💯 BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE AT THOSE PLACES. AT LEAST YOU KNOW WHAT UR GETTING!!

Working from out of town and finally found a decent spot to get a well balanced meal. Seem to be stuck on the fish n chips but have tried the Ruben sandwich which I found not to be the best. The fish n chips however seem to be exactly what I need and want each trip in. Staff is friendly enough and I’ve noticed they offer prime rib but only after 4 I think it was is, and I need to be headed to work by then. I’ve been 4 times now and had food sh 3 so you already know it’s good. Go try that s spot out and write your own review based on your walk aways.
