Been a customer since the Martinez location opened. Super burgers and fries today! Chiara was on top of the whole process: it’s not often when you can tell someone is really listening to the specs and asks the right questions (as well as super courteous). The kitchen then hit it out of the park….and I’m one picky old lady!
All in all its wasn’t a bad place. However what I was expecting versus what I walked out with ware sadly not the same. I went with the Ball Top sandwich large size. I guess I was expecting something to write home about and knock my senses out of the ball park, however for the price point of just over $17 I felt rather let down. Chain Resteraunt with counter service. I had the brisket sandwich for $16. No sides just sandwich. The size was large the brisket was very tender and generous portion. On the down side: my bread was cold and refrigerator cold as opposed to room temperature but detracted from sandwich. Nobody wants an ice cold bun.
