I am a contractor working on a project here in stopped here two or three times for lunch and breakfast over the last week and I’ve just been impressed by how hard everybody seems to be working together places clean food comes quick and the older gentleman at the counter is moving faster than the youngsters very impressive team
Winter drive thru the service seem good but you want to double-check your order because they got my order half wrong went back to get it corrected and they didn't want to correct it because I was through drive-thru and I came back about 20 minutes later even though I had the receipt and food in hand

I ordered at the Drive-Thru: what I always order, Chiken BigMac, not Pickles, Meal Larg, took a "SMALL" bite, I feel that there is Pickles, and at that moment I also realize that the Chicken Big Mac, was also wrong it was a Regular BigMac, it was already at night maybe close to 11 PM, Sunday November 17, I was working since 5 AM, and very tired, when I enter and say that my order is wrong, I have to listen to the guy who attended me saying, they always do this ... , in my head I thought I WILL NOT DISCUSS, he ordered all the food, and in my opinion RUDE throw the French fries in the TRASH, and the HAMBURGER in the Trash, He didn't apologize, I was NEVER so badly served anywhere like that, he treated me as if I was WRONG, being that they were the ones who made a mistake in my request.

Came here for a promotion McDonald’s was running. Not worth my time, energy, OR money. They misplaced my order from their app, and gave me the wrong food. When I complained they didn’t do anything about it.

Fries tasted like old oil was used. Strange that in Hawaii all frozen Fanta drinks are $1.79 but here they are priced by size and large is over $3.

Used the app to order my food to get curbside and waited, then had to go inside the location only to find the manager allowed my ticket to fall an ripped up onto the floor and pointed out my ticket on the floor to another staff member who decided to get my food quickly done yet the burgers weren't fresh as they've been sitting on the window because my meal ticket was completely ignored yet the ticket was found to be on the floor and that wouldn't have been noticed it happened if I kept in my car. The curbside on app is available, yet customer request for their order my food never was brought out to the curbside as all the staff was making door dash orders a priority and other customers had to wait until they were delt with. This is awful to ignore inside or waiting customers and terrible customer service !!!!!!!yet doubt this situation will be taken seriously and addressed. All the staff were more connected with door dash. I Orders and everyone else had to wait for there orders why is the app available when you're ignored by staff working, and this type of service is allowed because it's mcdonalds not a steak dinner location yet regardless of what level the restaurant is it's important to not ignore customers that have used the app to get there order an go on with there day. Curbside isn't always way to order as staff doesn't pay attention to as seen today. It is so annoying to request curbside only to go inside to because you've got ignored as staff allowed your meal ticket to be dropped on the floor an got walked all over by people an staff ignored the customers because there focused is elsewhere this is so pathetic an I didn't have a diffcult order either only was 2 burgers & 1 French fries. Again, my order was ignored because the manager was able to point out the meal ticket on the floor and walked over several times. when I went inside to question my order. Simple customer service isn't going on this location at least today. Hopefully, this will get better very soon.
