I used to love their pizza. I would get it at least once a week. The last couple times there has been hair cooked in my pizza. No thanks. Hopefully they can get on their employees about wearing visors or something like they used to do.

Online ordering has been down for many months, instead you have to order on the phone and their phone line is always busy. Their entire business model is for you to order online and pick it up. I'll just go elsewhere.

This review is for the Garden Veggie pizza. The veggies have been receding further and further to the middle of the pizza, leaving LOTS of crust with virtually no toppings around the outside edge -- 2-3 inches all crust, no toppings, all the way around. Very disappointing. This was not the case in the past.

I have always had excellent customer service here . They do the best they can .They are often short staffed ,so I take that in to account ,when ordering . People do not understand ,as a walk in it looks empty, and no Orders But they have a lot of phone in ,and online orders . Patience is a Virtue . Love this Pizza .

Busy $12 Tuesday and only one solo worker. She was working her butt off too! She was calm and profesional with letting everyone know the wait time would be longer and then did her best to fill the orders timely! We love it here and would love to see her get the help she needs!
