Easy to understand system to add extra meat to the sandwich. You tell them how many more ounces you want and it's $1.00 ounce. Very reasonably for a sandwich shop.
It was delicious! I felt I got what I paid for.
Only thing is the employee making my sandwich spent several minutes making it. I don't know the process so benefit of doubt given and a 4 star for service. Overall a great sandwich.

We have ordered lunch from this location several times and were always impressed. However today was different.
When my husband arrived to pick up lunch which I placed on line it was not ready. The young lady working there showed no signs of concern, in fact she helped several walk in customers and my husband had to step forward to inquire about our lunch.
This is the first time we were unhappy with our order. My turkey sandwich was dry. My husband ordered clam chowder and it was cold as though it came straight out of the refrigerator. He had to microwave heat it.
I thought I would call and chat with the manager, seeing every business is entitled to an off day. The young lady who answered would not allow me to speak to the manager and said she did not know when management would be available.
Up until this point, it was my personal pledge not to write a negative review. With this experience and the lack of concern from the store, I felt compelled to do so.
I will definitely read reviews before going back to this location. Totally disappointed that our lunch was such a disaster.

I made a pickup order and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there 15 minutes later and they had not even started. So I had to wait around for another 15 minutes. Then they got our order very wrong. Their sandwiches are outrageously over priced, and despite my employer having a negotiated employee discount with this company they refused to honor it. This place is staffed by mouth breathing teenage idiots.
