Placed an order in the kiosk for a 6 inch sandwich meal, with a cookie, order placed at 11:20am and there are 3 staff. After 20 minutes, I inquired on the status of the order. They hadn’t started it yet, which I would assume is because they forgot about it. Waited another 10 minutes for my order, a total of 30 minutes.
Most people have a small amount of time to order lunch, and ordering a sandwich should take no longer than 10 minutes.
It’s unfortunate.

Wow! I am a new regular! This restaurant had everything you’d expect and more. The customer service is superb and the food was even better. Savoring every bite and being greeted by the manager to make sure their expectation of the experience was being met. They were! I will be returning to this restaurant more regularly. Thank you! The pastrami with pepper jack partnered with a soup, AMAZING.

First time here ordered a tuna salad sandwich, the most watery, sloppy sandwich I've ever eaten. You can tell they didn't drain the tuna and also mixed it heavily with their signature sauce which made it much worse. When I actually opened the sandwich up there was a very small amount of tuna and mostly soggy fixings from their sauce. Threw the other half of my sandwich away, was a total waste and uneatable.
Since I've never had anything else here I can't speak to the rest of the menu, it may be fine but I won't be going back as it was a waste of time and money for me.

Our salad was delicious but our Brisket sandwich is nothing. Like the picture of what you're getting very skimpy on the Brisket A total of thirty three dollars Was. Really not worth it. It was a special day that we were celebrating, so we thought okay, that's all right, then we got home and very disappointed. This time it was my treat next time. It's my girlfriend's treat. I hope you guys are not just putting like 2 slices of biscuits on a sandwich. Nothing like the picture. Something's gotta be dumb without you're not even registered under Colorado Springs. Staff was nice
Very good salad and I love your sandwiches
