I recently visited this Starbucks and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The workers were extremely rude and unhelpful, which made the visit unpleasant from the start. To make matters worse, they gave me dirty cups and lids, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the drinks were poorly made and did not taste good at all. I won't be coming back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

My name Is Jon And I go to the Starbucks in Martinez at the corner of Morello and Arnold religiously every day. I just have to say that the staff that worked there literally make me wanna come back every single workday without fail. I absolutely love them all.. However, today, one of the staff members told me that the management is up in arms about the staff, putting stickers on the coffee cups to cheer up the Customers. I used to be a manager and I hate to end this review on a bad note, but common cut your Staff some slack and treat them like the beautiful humans they are!!!

As a long time Starbucks customer and fan of the brand I have to take the time to give credit to all of the ladies and gents at this location. Every morning when I arrive at this location I am met with such warm and genuine greetings by this team. They remember my name and just provide such great customer service. I travel internationally as well as domestic and I must admit this is my favorite location and team to do business with. The best way I can describe the service I receive here is personalized. To the decision makers for this location I would advise you reward this team for making me feel like I actually matter to them as a customer. They are the difference makers and game changers for your customers and brand. To the Starbucks team thank you for the experience I truly appreciate you all.

Was just in at 11:30am Sunday Oct 13th and ordered the ice coffee that came with no ice at the counter, the guy ringing me up said it didn’t come with ice to double make sure I said I do not want ice. My drink came up with tons of ice, I tryed to ask about it and the employees acted like I was bugging them and didn’t take time to answer my question or even stop to help me. So at the counter, I helped with someone that didn’t know what was in the drinks and then the rude girls that I asked about the ice when picking up my order wouldn’t give me the time of day to help correct it all I wanted was a iced coffee (after asking someone else, I found out that it had been a nitro blue I have wanted ) with very light ice to no ice because it takes me all day to drink Now I have a extra ice iced coffee with way to much cream that I ended up just throwing away eight dollars on ….. super disappointing

This is my local Starbucks so I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, they are continuously, egregiously, slow. I used their drive thru the other day with 4 cars in line and it took 12 min to get through. Today, I made the decision to get in their inescapable drive thru as the last car that could fit in their drive thru line. I started the timer right away. It took 11 1/2 minutes for me to even get to the speaker to put in my order. From speaker to pick up was an additional 8 minutes. Then, they messed up my order. I think this is a sign to make coffee from home for a while.
