Lady deny me a meal of the day where clearly was a Tuesday for sweet onion teriyaki she said no is turkey in a rude way so I showed her my phone with te subway page in the meal of the day and she still deny it she was rude about it so I left , it’s not the first time that I get a terrible customer service 0 stars and not coming back

The lady at she location is the nicest person in my customer service ever. She gave me a tip about my sand witch so it want be soggy and it worked. I would be the luck yest person to have as a mom.

Found a sharp bone fragment in my chicken. Location doesn’t seem particularly clean and only has one person working.

The lady who made my sandwiches was rude and inattentive. I practically had to beg her for a second bag for my drinks and chips. I will most likely never come back here and recommend that no one else does either, unless they want to experience horrible customer service. She also refused to give me more napkins when I asked.

.So we went into this subway for our favorite sandwiches.There was no line. We ordered 2 footlongs. One for my husband and one for my daughters.Once the sandwiches came out of the toaster we proceeded with toppings and then I realized I was putting the wrong toppings on wrong sandwich. The employee was going to close the sandwich up and pack when I told her to wait we needed a few more toppings since my husband likes way more toppings then my daughters.The employee responded so bothered by it & rude.Her demeanor & response just showed how impatient she is. We just wanted to leave as quick as possible. We payed and left the store only toFind out later that I set my purse on the counter & forgot it. So I kept calling the store with no answer. Finally my husband was able to speak to her and she was so short when he was just trying to ask about my lost purse. She hung up on him. I tried calling and she finally picked up after the 6th time only to pretty much tell me to stop calling because she is busy & has so many customers.I proceeded to tell her that I forgot my purse on the counter & she cut me off saying she is busy. Then hung up on my face too.This employee was just rude all around.Definitely not the person I would choose to represent my business ! I’ve never had a bad experience at subway until now! Never going back to this location ever and going to tell my family and friends how poorly their customer service is
