Good subway restaurant. Big dining room. Prompt service. They accept coupons. Friendly staff. Check them out. I am comparing this Subway against other Subway locations only, I am not comparing them to high end sandwich shops. For a Subway, I give this location a 5.

I discover this Subway in 2000 when I had jury duty. I recently ate at this location due to accepting my coupon.I like how there is a Subway in the heart of Martinez. People can eat here while they are at jury duty. I am not familiar with the eating places in Martinez. Subway is the place I would eat at in Martinez.

Went there twice in the morning at 7:00am and it was closed but I called the night before to asked what time do you guys open tomorrow morning and the guy said 7:00am. I waited for about 15 minutes and no one showed up to open the store. Why tell someone you're open at 7:00am but you're not. Shame on you whoever is the franchise owner.

.So we went into this subway for our favorite sandwiches.There was no line. We ordered 2 footlongs. One for my husband and one for my daughters.Once the sandwiches came out of the toaster we proceeded with toppings and then I realized I was putting the wrong toppings on wrong sandwich. The employee was going to close the sandwich up and pack when I told her to wait we needed a few more toppings since my husband likes way more toppings then my daughters.The employee responded so bothered by it & rude.Her demeanor & response just showed how impatient she is. We just wanted to leave as quick as possible. We payed and left the store only toFind out later that I set my purse on the counter & forgot it. So I kept calling the store with no answer. Finally my husband was able to speak to her and she was so short when he was just trying to ask about my lost purse. She hung up on him. I tried calling and she finally picked up after the 6th time only to pretty much tell me to stop calling because she is busy & has so many customers.I proceeded to tell her that I forgot my purse on the counter & she cut me off saying she is busy. Then hung up on my face too.This employee was just rude all around.Definitely not the person I would choose to represent my business ! I’ve never had a bad experience at subway until now! Never going back to this location ever and going to tell my family and friends how poorly their customer service is

This place has some of the fastest and efficient sandwich makers I have ever seen at a Subway. I came here for lunch. Soon after I started eating my sandwich a rush of people came in from the court house. They quickly took care of them. Also, I noticed how they knew what their regulars ordeted and how they wanted it. I was very impressed with the workers here. Everything else about this place was typical of any Subway.

It's not too often that one ends up in a subway with someone who suggests or helps them with what to include on their sandwich. I typically get either the tuna sandwich or the toasted meatball sub with the herb and cheese bread. The bread is fresh and warm, slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They will also toast the sandwich if you like. My main complaint on subway would be the tiny 1/4 slice amount of cheese that they put on the sandwich. They need to step it up with the amount of cheese they put on the sandwich.

Friendly staff - helpful. I have gotten single orders as well as catered lunch boxes from this location and they always are friendly and make it easy. Sandwiches are tasty - standard subway fare.

I just picked up a steak and cheese sandwich and a couple of chocolate chip cookies. When I got home to eat my lunch, and took the sandwich out of the bag it started crumbling. That literally was the driest, nastiest steak and cheese sandwich I've had in my entire life. Then I took the supposedly baked fresh daily CC Cookie's out of the bag, and they too were as hard as a brick. I'm so tired of paying for a meal, then getting home only to find that the meal is not even worthy to feed a dog. NO MORE, if you serve crap, you get a crappy review.
