All this time I have passed by Subway I thought it was two Subway in the same location. The place has two doors to come inside.I order through the Subway app. I will say that I was able to pick up my order earlier than expected. My order was prepared the way I wanted it to be. Parking at this location is difficult. A small space which automobiles tend to park too closely to the next spot.

Placed order on DoorDash and it doesn't give you option to add any instructions. Just wanted to make they they put extra chipotle sauce so instead I tried calling three times . They didn't answer of course. Asked DoorDash driver to ask them to atleast out on the side of sand which was made. They couldn't or didn't do it . Poor service and lazy If you hate your job just quit

HORRIBLE ! - They are not friendly, the tall young man that works there is rude, makes the sandwiches messy, puts the least amount of tops he can and they charge you for extra veggie's on a vegetarian sandwich ! Will never spend my money at this Subway again ! I would rather drive down to the next subway with better service. I hate stingy rude service, if i could give this subway a negative 5 i would !!

Customer services is by far the poorest of any subways in the Bay Area. The two guys that work there don't say "hi" or anything. They just look at you with a blank stare, waiting for you to start ordering. They definitely seem to skimp on the portions compared to other Subways. Also, they don't accept any Subway coupons. The one and only positive is that the store is always clean, and when you come by during non-peak hours there's never anyone there.

I tried to spend my money there but instead got a better sandwich from Togo's. I will never eat at this place again, which is a shame since I live right accros the street from them.Today was second time this store has denied a promotional discount. I got card from the local HS fundraiser that called for a free reg sandwich if I buy a full meal deal. The manager argued that they wouldn't make a pastrami sandwich for that deal, but they had no posted policy and it sounded like they were being cheapskate about it. Don't sponsor the local fundraiser and then not honor them!!

Rudeness and unprofessional. I asked for the mozzarella i had just watch stocked. Apparently it cost $2 more, which I didn't know (annoying but whatever). After I paid, I asked "if I had to pay for extra cheese, shouldn't I have been also offered the cheese that is included free as well?" He said "yes". I suggested "that would be good to do next time" (in the spirit of honest customer feedback). He responded "NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD KNOW THE MENU". Well there won't be a next time for this location even though I live one block away.Don't go here, there is the Safeway deli two blocks away and another Subway downtown.

Very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this subway the subway on main street in Martinez is waayyy better. The hours are 9am-8pm I came at 7 and the guy with the facial hair was rude and said we're closed. If subway is going to be closed atleast put a note instead of saying open and telling me they're closed.

I been eating in subway sandwich's for a value now most likely over 20 + years . This place just doesn't do it for me very small portions of meats which is not cool.... But this is other choice up there will not be ordering here much.

I had ordered a meal and with their options of drinks I opted out of getting it. So the worker said the cup that I touched could’ve been used for a meal. I responded with exactly. I thought it was very rude needless to say. I didn’t know they had a limited choice of juice. I don’t drink soda. Her response was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be going to this subway again.
