This was my first time eating at a Subway and it was a terrible experience. I ordered online and I ordered a meal deal, I didn't know you had a choice between chips or cookies, I ordered baked lays and asked in the instructions if they could make the chips BBQ, you don't get that choice whilst ordering. I went to pick up my order and the Hispanic man behind the counter embarrassed me by accusing me of trying to get both the cookies and the chips. Everyone in line could hear him. My sandwich was heated when I didn't ask for it to be heated and my chips were shoved in the bag and crushed. What is wrong with this employee? Why would you treat customers this way? Needless to say I won't go back.

The best subway in Bay Area! Love the service and the food is amazing if you are lucky and be there when the bread is just made the whole parking lot invite you go and it a foot long😎 Aron and Gio always make the best subs! Thanks guys!

Hands down the BEST Subway in our entire area. I eat subway almost every day for lunch and since I drive all around from discovery Bay to Vacaville to Berkeley to Alamo. I can definitively say this is the best subway. All staff is fast and friendly and they are always properly staffed (unlike some other subways). Their produce is always fresh and properly cut with no freeze burns (again unlike some other places). They also do not price gouge like some other subways litterally minutes away charging 30% more for no other reason than greed. My respect goes out to the owner of this particular franchise for maintaining the highest level of quality and standing out in a large franchise chain!

The middle-late-aged Asian man working today at lunch had the WORST attitude. He was very impatient while making my sub, then failed to ask me what dressings I wanted when he was done with the veggies. He just started wrapping up my sub. When I asked him if I could have mayonnaise, oregano, and pepper, he paused as though very annoyed, looked at me with disgust, then asked me to step aside so he could help the person behind me in line. I couldn't believe it. I was originally going to get chips and drink, but I canceled that (once he came back) just to get out of there. I come here often on business trips; I'll not be coming back to this store.

There is a gentleman named Aaron working there, and he has the most infectious smile and personality...man! His customer service is EXCELLENT every single time I'm there. He also wears a mask when making the food, which I love soooo much. Thanks Aaron! He needs a raise, and a promotion, quickly. Lol

False advertising, and way more expensive than other nearby Subways. Big sign that says "make ANY footlong a wrap for $8.49" but then when they ring you up, sorry this sandwich doesn't qualify. I paid $13 for Subway lol I felt like a fool paying this much for a Subway sandwich. I can get table service and a sandwich with a side and drink at other restaurants for less. Same wrap at other Subway locations runs $8-9. Rip off.
