I come here every once in a while, but it’s hit or miss. Tonight I got someone else’s order and only found out when I got home. All nasty stuff I wouldn’t eat (good thing my bro likes sour cream). So yeah, not having dinner tonight was cool.
The AI ordering service in the drive thru is garbage more accurate than the people working in the store, obviously. :/

Do not use their drive thru. They don't have a person taking orders anymore, just some computer. It didn't take my order correctly, and it wouldn't change it. Stop being cheap taco bell and hire an attendant. It's doesn't make it more convenient. Never going to Cheapo Bell again.

Very bad costumer service they make you wait longer time for a fast food you wait so long and the employees are very rude.
Extremely long wait time and you have to put effort into getting the employees attention because they will continue working as if they do not see you waiting.

They have a new AI ordering system and I ordered my food 15-20 minutes ago, no word as of yet. Before I'd order with a love human at the speaker, then receive my food at the window less than 3 minutes later.
Really disgusting of Taco Bell to try and cut labor costs like this. Nothing but shame upon the people in charge. Absolutely repulsive behavior.
Edit: now there's 6 or 7 other new cars waiting for their food. Come on.
Edit 2: 30 minutes and one of the cars that have been here finally got their food. I'm still waiting

Arrived about 30 to 45 minutes before closing and was waiting for my order to be taken in the drive through when the lady suddenly said they're closed and turned off the storefront lights. Left a bunch of cars in the drive through as well. Terrible service.

They do not honor the Sharks 3 free tacos even though they are in the app. I waited 15 mins for someone to finally come to the register and then not honor the code...

This location has replaced humans with AI in the drive thru. As expected it was a bad experience as I ordered a number 6 but with steak chalupas. the AI decided to add steak to all items in the order charing me extra for each of the items I didn't want steak on.
Luckily the humans (humans get a 5 star) that are left were able to quickly fix the issue. but still if I didn't care I could see how this AI is gonna nickle and dime more shareholder profits for taco bell shareholders.
If Taco Bell wants to keep replacing employees with AI, then I'm a firm believer in removing any tax advantages for the business as this business is no longer providing the same benefits to the community it once did when it employed more of our community.

The food is always good.
The drive thru is a sham.
To meet corporate drive thru window times, After handing the drinks, each and every time, staff makes me wait in the parking lot for my food.
There are normally at least 2 people crowded around the drive thru window when it happens.
