Second time I’ve placed an order with the app. (I really should have learned my lesson.) over an hour wait time and extremely rude staff. One guy in there with a 13 tattooed on his elbow told he can’t speak English. A bunch of trash experiences later and I’ve finally got it now. This place is trash. Every time I walk in the have spills on the floor and it’s gross. I saw a guy give up on the kiosk and just order through the drive through because no one would help him order. The young mgr on duty told me to call Taco Bell support and I’m just through. They can’t reform and I don’t need them to. F&@k this place man

I had put my order in on line so it should be in the system. A little bit later a family comes in and orders from the kiosk and I am still waiting while they eat. Why order from online then I'm not. I also got my food and there was not much to the Cantina Bowl.

I need an order on the mobile app to pick up some burritos for lunch. I paid extra for onions on two different burritos. When I got to the store they told me they didn't have any onions.. the cashier had no way to compensate me for the extra money I paid.. it really isn't about the money but how can you run a Taco Bell with no onions??there is a grocery store literally right across the street but they laughed when I told them that they need to go over there, buy onions and start chopping onions for the other customers!Today it was customer NOservice at Taco Bell ??I tried them again a few months later and I got a tiny burrito for $2.60..Value here is terrible!!Parking: 10 spaces

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Bought from the app. 40 minutes ago. Got there in a line. They said pull ahead. Lady who screwed up my payment last time I was here told me to go park. I wait 25 minutes I see her come with an order then walk away saying “wrong order”. I’m confused like what just happened.I wait 10 more minutes. I finally go inside cuz I see about 10 people already go through the line roster and leave with their food plus people inside.What was the incentive to use the app? I almost decided to go through the line and re order to get it quicker than waiting for this one. they gave me a drink when I already was given a drink the first time I went to through.ALSO to sweeten the deal, they gave me no sauce. Just like the last time I was here. It was on my order too. And last time, I got asked in the mic, and at the window what sauce I wanted and they still skipped it.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. You can see employees walking around not doing anything, laughing and talking to each other and having no sense of urgency to get orders out. There should be no reason to take 20 minutes for two tacos when its not even peak hours. Unacceptable behavior in my opinion. Expect to wait a LOT even if you put in a mobile order.

The 3 stars is for service is for the super nice lady who took care of everyone at the counter.Similar experience to others who order ahead and have to wait 20 mins with drive thru served sooner.Super disappointed with the food quality.Paid $12 for a crunch wrap supreme combo. Everything was cold, as though it had been made s while ago and someone forgot to give me my order.The “Super” crunch wrap” is supposed to be full of “meat,” cheese, lettuce, and tomato. There was so little inside it was flatter than a pancake. I opened it up and it was like someone forgot to add meat and lettuce. It was disgusting. The crispy taco shell was broken before I opened it. Asked for Diablo sauce and got 20 packets of mild instead.The bathroom was also inaccessible. It has a press button combo access so I asked for Tye code and was told “someone took the key.” Not likely…I watched while I was waiting those 20 mins. Every one in the lobby had a problem with their order and had to stand at the counter waiting to get get sauce, napkins, or someones attention to fix an error.I’ve been to other locations, didn't have any of these problems, and the food was fresh, the fillings were actually…present, plentiful, and delicious.What I got wasn’t even worth $5.Never going back.

Do not go here. They are woefully understaffed and move at the speed of snails. There's no sense of urgency at all. The station does not seem set up very efficiently. The one guy preparing food had to go to the back several times to get stuff. I've been waiting 30 minutes for two things and there are still people in front of me waiting. What a fool I was to think it would be faster to go inside rather than sit in an eight car line for the drive through.
