We absolutely love this place! Their carne asada is to die for, it’s always seasoned and cooked to perfection. I love they use grilled chicken for their tacos, and you can tell everything is made to order. Super fresh! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming as well.

This hands down the best Mexcian Restaurant in Martinez. The food is delicious and ALWAYS fresh. Their salsa verde is so flavorful, we purchase it weekly to keep on hand at home. I highly recommend their super burritos, chilaquiles, nachos and nacho fries.

Very good food.

I have been me than a few times and they have great service. Attentive, courteous, and I got to say I haven't been disappointed with any of the dishes there.

A couple of time, they even had live music. I don't have anything bad to say. What can I say... it's one of those a whole on the wall places that you get more than you expect.

Having just returned from a trip to Mexico, I woke up with a huge craving for some authentic birria. This was the first time I had gone to Taqueria y Carniceria Martínez and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The owner was very polite when taking our order and mentioned to us that the birria recipe was a secret recipe that had been passed down from his father. It was served with onion, cilantro and a side of handmade corn tortillas (only available on Sundays). I feel like their salsa could have been a little spicier but that’s not reason enough to dock them any points. They have a pretty extensive menu so I am curious to go back and try their other dishes. In the meantime, if you are looking for authentic birria, this is definitely the spot!

Went taco crazy at this place to satisfy taco cravings and it did the trick! Loved their taco (hard shell or soft). Made the trip worth to come out here to try their food.
