Nice spot for a good meal. I ordered the gyro plate. Other than wanting them to add more pita bread to the plate everything else had a good flavor to it. Service was slow off the bat but once I ordered my food was out in no time. Small bar area with a decent selection of wine and liquor along with a menu of choice cocktails and about 8-10 beers on tap. Small outdoor patio for those nicer days.

Born and raised in LA. I've been to Portos Bakery and Caffe, famous place, expensive restaurants. Now I'm looking for a new place up here. So I start with the Spanakopia. It was bland and barely had any feta cheese. Menu was dirty, and their compiter tipped 20% automatically. Some members in the kitchen staff didn't wear hear nets. And a staff member was eating on the job at the far end. A kid gave a phone to one of the employees. Maybe they have one quality item in their dirty menu. Who knows. Never coming here again.

I am almost embarrassed at how often I order dinner from this place! The food is always good, staff is great! I can call in dinner at 7pm, and it's ready by 7:15. Love this place! Another Martinez gem!

Ecstatic that this Troy is as good as the one in Alameda. I've eaten at the Alameda location for years, first time in Martinez. Food and service were textbook perfect. Lambsouvlaki could not have been better cooked to perfection. Fried calamari the best anywhere. French fries also cooked to perfection requested extra crispy. UltraFresh. Dining room clean, comfortable, large, and bright. Bathroom spotless. Ran into a friend who lives local. Great to see the locals realized the hidden gem they've got right in their city.
