At the age of 66 I can safely say that the dinner I invited family to for my sister's birthday was the worst meal I have ever had!, It took an hour and 20 minutes to get our entrees. My filet mignon was as tough as a hockey puck, everyone elses beef suffered the same problem. Even the Pork Chops needed to be cut with a steak knife and were dry and tough. My whole party asked for gravy to soften the horrible meat. Do not go to this restaurant for a fine meal. The only high point of this experience was the wait staff of George and Crissy..This used to be the go to place for fine dining, but now I would rather have taken my family to a fast food place. Shame on you Chalet Basque for allowing your food to get so bad!. I could go on and on, but my advice is....stay away from this place.
