Mimi's Tacos is a taco truck located in a gravel parking lot, serving as a hidden gem in a small town. The burritos, including chicken, beef, and carne asada options, have been praised for their taste. However, there have been mixed reviews on the burrito fillings and the dryness of the meat in the tacos. The owner is noted for being friendly and nice.
