“This place is not called el Piquin Mexican Grill anymore. it’s called Taqueria La Fogata and since they have changed owners. the food has been so much better and more delicious than ever before. everything on the menu is great especially their chicken that they specialize in. every type of food from breakfast lunch and dinner. “Been to this location many times. So many homeless outside, def is not a safe area. But inside it’s amazing and still the great quality you expect from this store. “This boba place in Temple City has a nice touch too it. The interior design is pretty cool. The drink menu is pretty long so there's lots of options to choose from. You can get a reusable glass bottle for around a dollar extra which I did get. I ordered the regular milk tea with boba. The drink was okay but better than other places I've had. I would say the atmosphere of this place is nice because it can be used as a study spot since last time I went it was pretty quiet and they had seating. The service was pretty quick as well. Overall, great experience.“

“Tropical Juice LA is a Mexican small juice bar serving up smoothies, bionicos, and other healthy drinks and eats. It’s located on Figueroa st in Highland Park of LA.

I got a grande Jugo Verde (Green Juice) which is made of Parsley, celery, cucumber, kale, pineapple and spinach. It’s ostensibly good, fresh, and healthy; a perfect drink after an arduous hike.
Menu is comprehensive. Precio were fair and competitive. Servicio es rápido. Plenty of street parking and metered lots.

Overall, I enjoyed my Green Juice and their service. I highly recommend TJLA.“

“I was visiting from out of town a couple weeks ago and wanted something refreshing for "dinner" after spending the day at a football game in the sun and eating stadium food, so opted to come here. Upon arriving, I was told that they'd changed their hours and had just closed! Disappointed and not knowing the area well, I stepped out of the store and was looking for other options on my phone when a worker came out and asked if I wanted an acai bowl. (They'd cleaned out the drink machines.) That was indeed what I wanted so I happily ordered a bowl to-go. The bowl hit the spot for what I was looking for that day. Thank you for being accommodating! “I love this place! The açaí bowls were delicious. They let you choose multiple bases so if you’re indecisive like me, this is perfect. I loved the açaí and coconut base. The granola and coconut flakes were a must! They even gave samples of their cheese bread and it was good too.“

Good:
- Tofu donut was super unique, I couldn't tell that it was tofu
- The soft serve was amazing- so creamy and not too sweet, and the serving size was large enough for 2 people to share or maybe even 3!

Bad:
- Long lines! Super popular place so you'll wait about 10 min for your order outside and there's limited seating

“The Mango Bingsoo was alright. The snow didn't hold up very well & became slushy fairly quickly. The mango slices were nice and thin, but I think they are kept in a liquid because they were glossy.

We also got 2 Taiyakis, which is the minimum requirement to purchase. The texture is different from what we're used to. The fillings were good, though!

Bingsoo House is located inside the Super 1 Mart towards the left side of the store as you walk in.“

“We ordered the plain sugwrcane and sugarcane with lime. The flavor is pretty good, I can taste the actual sugarcane, just like how we would have it in Asia in childhood. One downside is the drink is a little too diluted, would be better if they make the drink more concentrated. But overall the drinks are not bad. Would come back here given I haven't found a better place in LA yet.“

“Love this place but my baby got the short end of the stick today. She ordered a birthday cake macaroon and tried it and wasn't a fun. She took one bite and decided to let the girl know she didn't like it and wanted to know if she could try another one the girl told her no because she bit it.I get it... but my kid got stuck with something she didn't like. I'll have to find another place to go only because they're not too flexible on trying to help the customers try new things n my babies are kinda young so i need the flexibility for them so they can try things and learn what they like.I do love this place. Had I believed the first posted comment for this place, I would had missed the best sandwich and natural fruit juice I had ever had. I would recommend Ms. Lucy Rivera to give this place a second chance now that it is being managed by the new owners. I am positively sure she would want to get rid of the negative comment she made on this place and would want to recommend it to all her friends and family. Give it a try, you are going to love it!! “They do offer vegan items. They do offer juices, yet the combinations are misleading because they aren't proper food combining. Just because two items are good for certain organ it doesn't mean that if they are taking together they can be good for that organ. Many juice places do not offer proper food combining they're not nutritionist nor help coaches they just see what is good for a certain organ without realizing that they can know each other out. The workers were wonderful very generous happy and pleasant to be around. Really good prices. Nowhere in the store did it say that any of the vegetables or fruits were organic heads up. And nowhere in the store does it state that they do their fruits and vegetables separate area from actual meats so there can be bacteria from any kind of animal product unless it states otherwise. It was a nice experience and my carriages was delicious.“

I inform them what I like and ask if I have an account for them and give them the number (which I recommend getting even if you barely visit the place). “Came here on a whim with my friend. I ordered the chocolate thunderbolt. I don’t like coconut and the server was very helpful with the modifications to my smoothie. The smoothie turned out absolutely delicious, a solid 9.5/10. My friend had the açai bowl and she loved it, a solid 8.5/10. The server was really great making recommendations with our order and you can’t top the fresh almond and peanut butter. It really made the difference in the quality of the smoothie.“
