What a find! We were a little unsure as we drove up. We are mostly in cities and we’re not sure what to think of this non-busy and older exterior. But we entered and the owner smiled a welcome and said “You want me to cook for you?” We told him we were on our way home to San Diego from Yosemite. If this was a bar it would be a dive bar. Nothing to look at on the outside. The inside is just a notch above but the food is amazing and the owner works the service end and he's the nicest guy ever. I've been before with friends and regretted not being able to take the leftovers because we were headed somewhere. Tonight I'm dining alone and chose the abalone and shrimp soup which is once again amazing. If you're ever this way for lunch or dinner give it a try. It's really good...read full review

You know that one spot in your hometown that everyone knows about. This one here is it for me. Been coming here since childhood, high school lunch recess, after Sunday Service, I'm not sure why but it's hard to find a good Chinese Restaurant with quality food.
