I ordered 3 items and went through the drive through, paid, and when I went to pick up my items I remembered I had a free fry in my app (not one of the items I bought and paid for). I asked if I could redeem that. The guy there said it has to be with an order. I explained I had just ordered, paid, and hadn’t even received my items yet. The guy didn’t know what to do. McDonald's is a great fast food restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, clean environment, and reasonable pricing. The staff work hard to ensure timely service and accurate orders, even during busy periods. The dining area and restrooms are always clean. The restaurant has ample parking space for semi-trucks and RVs, and is wheelchair accessible with multiple handicap parking spaces and ADA-compliant seating and restrooms. The service is very good and very quick even when busy. The quality of the food is excellent, hot and fresh. Note that orders are taken through self-serve screens, and customers should be careful when ordering as mistakes can be difficult to correct. It is also recommended to ask for any ketchup or dips when ordering.
