it's Starbucks need I say more
Regular Starbucks. They have people working but they're usually a crowd. It's the same cars parked in the parking lot all day door dashing so there's NO parking . Lot has 12 spots full and 3 people inside. Drive through is slow and packed but it's clean inside and the staff is great
I like starbucks.That's why I go to starbucks.But the service here is not well. After practically dumping a venti hot chocolate over my husband with the drive through service, i go in to notify them and request a remake. The handle is covered in whipped cream. I have to use napkins, not a napkin but napkins. To wipe it off my hand and I inform the cashier of this. She gives me a blank look like I'm speaking of foreign language. She never apologizes for spilling everything over...read full review

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a very kind, courteous, and friendly staff. The manager is diligent about making sure customers are served well and for the well being of the employees, making it a positive place to work. The staff is constantly polite, professional, and makes people feel at home. It is a great Starbucks with some great people. However, inside service can be very slow. One order of 2 vanilla lattes took 22 minutes, with one being overly sweet and one with no sweetener. The drive thru experience has always been fine at 4 to 5 stars, but inside service is 0 stars. The location is wheelchair accessible, though parking is a little tricky.
