I hate the fact that they're not even willing to try and just park you as soon as you pay for your order in drive thru, even if there is no cars. There wasn't even any other cars behind. Plus they charge me for a 2 dbl ch burgers and they made them single patties.

Don’t waste your time here. Park and walk in to Chelo’s Burger!! Or drive to Coachella!!! Oh my goodness!!! Double Del Burger did not look like their ad. The one slice of tomato was sliced so thin it was completely see through, the lettuce was literally a “sprinkle” of lettuce. This burger was 95% from looking like what they advertise!!! The soft tortilla for the taco was so cold it was broken in half. I called this location to ask the manager if I have to pay EXTRA for my food to look half way of what they advertise and if it is required for me to heat my own tortilla? NO ANSWER!!! I called multiple times and never got an answer!! Poor quality of Food! The disappointment, is this seems to happen often. I now understand why they do not answer their phone, they know it’s probably a customer with an angry complaint!! I hope the owner or manager sees this!!

They've done a better job at getting orders right but it's so frustrating to have to park to get your food brought out. It makes having a drive thru for convenience pointless.
There were literally no cars behind me and they had me park. No customers in the lobby but 7 cars parked up front waiting for food. There is no system to how the food is brought out. I saw my order being walked out to several cars before she asked me if it was my order. Very disappointing.

It’s disappointing that every time I visit this location, my order ends up getting parked. It feels like almost every car gets parked, not just occasionally. Right now, I’m sitting here waiting along with several others. I understand the need to meet speed of service goals, but making parking the standard practice is frustrating and comes across as poor service. 9/7/2025

GenZ’s working weekend, yall need to have older supervision in here. Why my fries have the smell and taste like they was wiped with a rag, or dropped on the floor and picked up. Other than that the people seemed chill and showed respect, but now I feel paranoid on coming back. Problem nowadays everyone wants to film, record and play pranks on people. Like I said, someone older and mature needs to be working around these GenZ’s.
