This crew is really rude!!! I encountered Yareli and apparently she didn’t like my order and told me she found my order a little off because I requested pumpkin CF in my drink, I didn’t make any other changes.
Then this other employee Val, screamed at a customer because he wanted a caramel frap but got a mocha and she yelled at him “ you ordered a mocha” instead of trying to resolve the issue in a professional manner. I’m sure they can do better at hiring people.

The drinks are good as always, atmosphere had lots of seatings, the service is good as you would expect.
Very good coffee and it taste amazing. And I know it would be tiring in the morning but the workers aren't so happy like i know other workers are. But fast and efficient

Yesterday I had a matcha and it tasted a little off. A few hours pass and I’m in a lot of pain and throwing up. I don’t know if what they gave me had gone bad or something but it left me with a fever and pain. 😔

I come into this location on Mother’s Day. I was aware it would be busy but I decided to go inside so it could be alittle faster. 20 min wait. The staff isn’t very welcoming or helpful. I asked if I the drink that come out was mine because it was loud and I couldn’t hear and all three ignored me until one decided to answer my question as she was placing another drink down . She said” look at the name”? I let her know the drink didn’t have a sticker and she said well it must be yours. HA! Really! I mean she didn’t open the drink she didn’t ask the other people I what it was nothing. So like any other person waiting for 20 mins I took it and didn’t check it. I just wanted to leave.the dam drink was a medicine ball. From a chai tea to a Medicine ball. Come on guys be better ! It was a gift drink for someone . They literally throw it away. And used the gift card I bought them with the drink to buy the correct drink again! Very disappointed
