The food is just about okay. The pizza was really tasteless and the Falafel was dense. But the service was really awful. There were only two people trying to do everything and they did their best. But just pizza and falafel took 25+ mins and even getting ice cream took 10+ mins. If you with young kids (like we were) I would not recommend the place.

We ordered a Margherita pizza for pick up. When my husband returned with it, we discovered it was a plain cheese pizza. We called to inquire and the rude girl who answered the phone said yes, it's cheese, that's what a Margherita pizza is. I responded that the pizza should have basil, mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes and she said, "not around these parts" and hung up.We won't be returning to Frankie's again. Had we wanted a plain cheese pizza, we wouldn't have ordered a Margherita pizza!! Outrageous
