Sadly we sat at our table for about 30 minutes before our waiter came to take our order and then our food arrived cold. We waited on drinks for an above average time. This was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this establishment.

Happy hour is the best time to go to Applebee's and the Chicken Wonton Tacos are the best. The alcohol beverages are very good and as long as you go doing happy hour you definitely get the most bang for your buck.

I’ve been a loyal Applebee’s customer for quite some time, and I usually enjoy my visits, especially when my favorite bartender is around, Eva. I usually go to see her when I know she is working. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, my experience was far from enjoyable. I ordered my usual drink – which is super simple – but Eva wasn’t there. It felt like pulling teeth to get it made properly.
The staff seemed unfamiliar with the drink and the service was frustratingly slow. What should have been a quick and easy experience became unnecessarily difficult. It’s disappointing when consistency is lacking, especially with something as basic as ordering a drink. I hope this can be addressed so future visits will be more enjoyable, as they typically have been in the past. I
