Unprofessional Behavior from staff , Evident descriminatory behavior for customer in drive thru, Extended unnecessary wait time in drive thru 10 min before acknowledging customer in drive through and order then another 20 minutes to wait for only a drink order only 1 car ahead of me no cars behind when asked for Managers name bullying customer would not give name and told should of come in. I chose drive thru for disability this is descrmination cost 1/4 tank of Gas to be treated unprofessionally, bullied and discriminated against and just out right ignored in all respects

We've been coming here for a couple months. This visit was a problem. They forgot to give me one of the meals we ordered. I had to drive back, wait my turn in the drive through again and still asked to pull around front to wait for my food another for an additional 10 minutes. I waited my turn in the drive through, I don't understand why I had to continue to wait in the front. I advise everyone to check your bags thoroughly. I'll be going elsewhere, even though the drive will be further out.

ordered the frisco boy burger only to be disappointed. I have ordered this burger many times in the past and it was absolutely delicious with no complaints. but tonight was a completely different story. asked for no tomatoes , and was very adamant about it. got some of the largest slices I've ever seen in my life. the cheese on the Texas toast was beyond hard, couldn't even bite the burger without grinding my teeth together and having half the contents slide out in the process. the fries were small and extremely flimsy, and my Dr Pepper was watered down to all hell. what a shame , I really enjoyed this restaurant and its location in relation to where I live, but this time absolutely sucked.

we saw Archibald on the way in Newport Road in Menifee and we wanted to try it out. We ordered the wet burrito Carne Asada, and let me tell you it was terrible. There was no flavor no taste. It was super bland and there were peas and green beans in it, it was the worst burrito. I tried the Carne Asada meat was super chewy and I could not taste a thing and no I don't have Covid lol it wasnt worth the money and i wont be coming back here again so disappointed!

If I could give a negative star I would. Went inside and ordered a pastrami sandwich and a glass of water. The sandwich was very thin, pastrami tasted old and the cost was $19.18 that includes a Surcharge fee of $.65. Never will I recommend this restaurant or go again.

Mustaffa was amazing. Great customer service and friendly attitude. Very rare nowadays, so much appreciated. Would come here again just based on the fact that my order was right and they take care in ensuring the customer is happy.
this my families go to place to eat . always delicious food , wide variety . always looks clean . we always have a pleasant experience with the workers which I highly appreciate. MustAfa is always so nice and proffessional . the pleasant workers is what mainly keeps us coming back . and we love the breakfast burritos !
