Why is there a 31 in the logo? I counted 14
flavors tonight with a completely empty freezer. What a disappointment. Stopped for two cups of chocolate.

This business has improved a lot. It's clean it's organized as neat. The music and the speakers is warm and receiving, before they used to play a lot of music very loud with profanity even when kids were there

They are more expensive then any other location. Nice people but small milk shake is 4 dollars more then other locations..not right to over charge..nice lady though.

I went to ask for a smoothie and they refused to make it because they didn't want to do it. They lied about the machine being broken.

The last few times we’ve gone in craving a banana split, the bananas are so bruised. It’s quite embarrassing being that there’s a Target Grocery Store in the same shopping center where produce is sold. I would think the manager would not display them and say that they were out of bananas than embarrass their establishment.

Two girls working but they closed 25 mins early (9:35) and laughed at us for trying to open the door and turned the lights off on us. 3/20

This Location in Menifee, Ca is great. Liza is an excellent associate and her customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much.

Really nice choices of flavor. Creature creations are fun for kids. Would recommend for a nice weekend treat.

I got ripped off I was highly over charged for my ice cream. 8.98 for two single scoops. I won't go back here ever again and the store didn't look very clean and that is putting it nicely.

Absolutely horrible and will never return. At this Menifee location They didn’t wear gloves grabbing the cone with bare hands (yes the cone the unwrapped part of the cone) and had an attitude when I asked, “you guys don’t wear gloves?” If they are bold enough to do this in my face you can imagine what goes on when we can’t see ? - next stop is a corporate complaint cause ain’t no way this is ok. Mind you when I walked in she was doing something like stocking or something with boxes smh just sad. I came from the food industry and I know this is not acceptable.

This location was one of our favorites. Unfortunately, last time we went , we barely walked in, and an employee was touching his nose with his hands, did NOT WASH his hands, and got the ice scream scooper, getting ice scream. We just walked out and left without ordering. Hand hygiene is crucial, especially at a food place. It was disgusting, we ended up going to Canyon Hills Baskin Robin.
