One of the girls who worked between 5:40-6:00 on Sunday, December 28 had absolutely amazing customer service!! Would go again! She was extremely sweet and respectful!

One of the employees made a comment out loud when we walked in line to place an order. This happened on 11/13/25 between the hours of 7:10-7:22 pm. It’s disrespectful to come in to an establishment for ice cream or their signature cappy blasts and hear the female employee say OUTLOUD to her coworker “how much you wanna bet it’s going to be 2 large cappy blasts” Excuse you? What people order to come and get a sweet treat should be no concern to you let alone your work place. Felt so disrespected and embarrassed to even order an ice cream for my birthday as well. Definitely will think again before coming to order at this location.

Cake was cute but tasted awful. The ice cream was ok but the chocolate cake had no flavor, it was dry and hard. It tasted like it had been frozen for years. Way too expensive for horrible taste.

Terrible service here, surprisingly from BR. The guy didn’t ask if we wanted a cup or cone. The woman also wasn’t bothered. Total display of disrespect hence we didn’t get the ice cream.

Great ice cream long line but worth the wait.

Don’t get the creation cup. It’s a joke for the price and the amount they give. I could not believe it when they gave me my son’s cup and it was so small.

Why is there a 31 in the logo? I counted 14
flavors tonight with a completely empty freezer. What a disappointment. Stopped for two cups of chocolate.

This business has improved a lot. It's clean it's organized as neat. The music and the speakers is warm and receiving, before they used to play a lot of music very loud with profanity even when kids were there

They are more expensive then any other location. Nice people but small milk shake is 4 dollars more then other locations..not right to over charge..nice lady though.

I went to ask for a smoothie and they refused to make it because they didn't want to do it. They lied about the machine being broken.

The last few times we’ve gone in craving a banana split, the bananas are so bruised. It’s quite embarrassing being that there’s a Target Grocery Store in the same shopping center where produce is sold. I would think the manager would not display them and say that they were out of bananas than embarrass their establishment.

Two girls working but they closed 25 mins early (9:35) and laughed at us for trying to open the door and turned the lights off on us. 3/20
