The 2 stars are for food. Pretty good. They need more help. Long wait times. Had to ask several times for items. They were friendly. But not enough butter for toast. No refills on weak cold coffee. Too bad. There could be potential.

There was good and bad points about this restaurant; CONS: Small space , gets crowded fast , The Eggs Benedict was horrible (eggs were not poached correctly and the hollandaise sauce was poorly executed) PROS: Great chicken fingers, great staff, delicious hot chocolate

i was looking how many stars the breakfast club had! i'm shocked it's not a 5 star restaurant! i've eaten there so many times & i have to say their food is absolutely amazing!!! the service is too notch & the quality of their food absolutely never disappoints!!! i'm telling you all that they are the best of the best! all the servers are very professional and on too of their game!!! very cheerful place to be in & very clean! my granddaughter loooooves eating there!!!

SERVICE... WHO IS SHE? I think the quality of service has dropped dramatically since the last time I've been here. From the hostess to waiting staff, everyone lacked initiative. My party was not checked on and we didn't get our drinks till about 30 mins. The food was good but the hash browns and gravy here is over seasoned and borderline frozen food style. The restaurant is lively but not over the top. I don't care for the decor here, it's supposed to be rustic but it's rather industrial. Oh and lots of "Karens" visit so just be aware. The restaurant has a handy Yelp waitlist system that calls on you when your table is ready. Overall, I'm disappointed with this place as it has the potential of being really good!

We arrived just around 11:30 after a 40 minute wait so I opted for lunch food. Service is friendly and efficient. Ambiance not so much, very very loud when full. My burger looked amazing but once I cut it in half saw it was cooked well past medium. Furthermore the bottom bun was so soggy I couldn't even hold the half in my hands without the patty slipping out. The patty seemed hand-formed and was a good size. The roasted jalapeño was perfectly roasted and flavorful. Sweet potato fries were delicious. Coffee is very weak so if you are a bold coffee drinker you might skip the $3.95 cup. All-in-all I think it's a good breakfast/lunch spot.
Really good service, ambiance, and food for the price. Great breakfast spot if you're looking for an alternative to IHOP and Dennys and want to support a local business. Tip would be to check in online on Yelp so you don't have to wait.

Food was exceptional. Asked for a medium burger and got a well. Ordered the dynamite burger didn't meet my expectations. Lack of spice. Service was great. Waitress kept checking up on us which is a plus. Her name was Morgan. Ambiance was clean and tidy.

I love this restaurant so much. I come almost every Sunday either my son. The wait is insane! But we always join the waitlist and it isn't too bad if you do that. The food is great & the lattes are delicious. We always have great service when we come here too

Came here for the very first time and all I can say is that me and my hubby love food our server Nalani was amazing she suggested plates and was super fast food was on point new to the area and we sure have had bad experiences but today on our anniversary breakfast we have decided this was our new joint place clean food time management fast wonderful place to bring friends and family.

The people and workers here are really nice. From the person taking the sign up and getting you seated to the waiters and the Service. Everyone was very polite and professional. Shelia our waiter was very nice made sure she has the order correct and all! They did forget to bring my wife's Chorizo, Shelia got right on it to get that going!! Would recommend to all!!
