Seems to be the training of servers is slack. We get excuses instead of service. Just admit to screwing up the order and make it right!!!

Al principio tenían mala organización en las citas. Reservamos a las 6:30 pm pero ya estaba mucha gente esperando entrar y ya tenían reservado y cuando di mi nombre para que me encontraran me dijeron que si estaba pero que tenía que esperar 2 horas. Pero insistimos y pudimos entrar a las 6:45 pm. Después ya todo bien con la comida y bebidas.

Food was good.Our server Alexis was attentive and easy going. She’s knowledgeable about the menu which make it easy to order.
Parking: We never had problems finding parking. When it’s busy, we just have to park farther away.

Don't ever go to this bjs location. I have been going to all the surrounding bjs location for awhile now and this one by far has the worse customer service and attitude. Today 1/3/25 I stopped by to pick up an online order. Girl at the front confirmed my order was complete and ready behind her. Mind you only 3 bags on the shelf and it was all for my order she just confirmed and checked. She then proceeded to not hand me the order and walk away. I waited 10mins with no help so I had to go behind the counter myself and grab it. I called to speak with a manager on shift and she had an atttitude off the bat saying well what did you want me to do for you. I simply said nothing I was calling to let you know my experience and that I would be cancelling all future reservations. She hung up just saying " okay bye" absolutely ridiculous for a manager to handle a situation like that. When it was your staff being rude and not knowing what to do with their jobs. Absolutely a joke of a customer service here from the manager to her staff no wonder why it's horrible here
Just called back for a refund and the general manger laquisha decides to tell me I'm rude and that I was explaining 5 times so her. Doesn't matter how many times a customer explains to you. It's the fact of the situation and what happened and for you as a general manager saying go ahead call again I'm the boss here really shows how you run a shit show of a customer service at your location. This place as a location needs to get rid of her or retrain her as a general manager. In no way a gym should be speaking like that to a customer. You’re a joke and the service is a joke. I’ll Go ahead and make sure every site has this review so customers know that they’ll be treated with absolute disrespect and no regards to customer service. Especially when you confront the general manager laqisha she just say bye and hang up on you or tell you that you’ve already said it 5times and absolutely give no regards about your experience.

Had a great date with my boyfriend at this location. Had a wonderful server named Andrew who was very attentive and quick to bring out our food. Would come again.
We had a later reservation and we came in with kids and thry saw that we were willing to wait but they were able to seat us shortly after we checked in. I was very happy with that. Our waiter Elizabeth B. Was so nice and helpful. It was a great dinning experience. Thank you Elizabeth B for the great service

Haven’t been at a BJ’s in several years. My first visit at this location, in Menifee.
We didn’t want to wait 45 minutes for a table so we sat at the bar area and had dinner and drinks there. No problem.
Happy hour drinks, not bad for $6.
Like: Flat bread cal club and chipotle salmon both delicious
Normally not a fan of any Chipotle type dishes, but went ahead and gave it a try. Our server/ bartender, Maria, highly recommended it. She was VERY positive the dish will be a hit. Sure enough - it was! The taste, texture and the fixings made all the difference. For almost $26 plate, another item should have been added to this dish K
Dislike : Cesar salad was missing “taste” and was on skimpy side.
Bartender/server Maria was friendly, engaging, and attentive. She gets an A. Keep in mind the entire bar is full. She and another co-worker were bartending
Not much for crowds and sports bar atmosphere, but overall, I had a good dining experience at BJs, in Menifee…days before Christmas
