Good food friendly staff great place to watch a game. We had a deep dish pizza and it's a really aire crust with a crispy edge.
Typically, our service is excellent at this BJ's, which is why we made reservations here with our party of six. However, we were seated in the back when there seemed to be plenty of other large tables available. The server was friendly but extremely attentive, although she was sincere and quick about getting our party's pork chop ordered, which I guess was the last one. However, with that, we received our salads and meals before our appetizers, even though we had ordered them about 20 minutes before our meals. So there was definitely a miscommunication in the kitchen.
The order was wrong. They didn't even ask if we wanted to change as what was ordered was not available. Instead, they chose for us and brought it out. I didn't mind to much but was not what we expected.
I've been to this BJ's location probably about a half a dozen times in as many years and this past visit today was the absolute worst dining experience I've had every time I've gone into this BJ's it's always been really good food but today was absolutely horrible it took about an hour to get our food and when we received it the food was cold and it looked like it had been sitting for a while my wife's chicken salad was wilted look like it had been sitting underneath the heat lamp for half hour or more the only thing I can say is the management took two of our salmon entrees off the menu that we had ordered otherwise it was absolutely a pathetic experience I will not be back.

Love coming here which we do regularly (and most often enjoy the bone in wings with lemon dry rub).
Whenever possible we sit in Benjamin’s section as he is the best server! Knows us and remembers things we like, very engaging and very attentive.
Need to get at least one of the many TVs so show the WNBA games! 😁
We do like to have a late lunch/early dinner at BJs so the wait is short (if at all) and it is more quiet.

We came on a Saturday around 6pm, dinner rush. We had to wait about 45-50 mins, which we did, knowing they were busy for a weekend, as most restaurants are. Our waitress at first was fantastic, very punctual and helpful. But she left for lunch, and they gave us 2 different waitresses working together. They said they'd be right back with refills, and it took them over 10 minutes. They only ever came by twice. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, and our waitresses never came back to check on us. We didn't even see them walk around for at least 10 minutes before we finally decided to just leave. People who we knew had come and sat after us already had their food as we were walking out. We couldn't even find our waitresses (literally 2 of them) to say that we were leaving. We were very excited for our dinner, but were left severely disappointed that we couldn't even eat it because they wouldn't even bring it out, and we literally could not even ask anyone about it.

Food was good. First of 2 hostesses was good. 2 d hostess was slow and food delivery took longer than expected.
Good food, Good size portions.
Good service.
Slow waiter disappeared for extended periods. Food was very slow to come out.
The food here is pretty good. We ordered the fish and chips, pizza and wings and calamari. Don't have any complaints about the food. The pizza has a really good dough that combines with a great sauce and toppings. The wings were cooked through (not rubbery). The fish and calamari had a good tasting crust and not dry. The place can get crowded because there is a nice bar to sit at and tvs for your favorite sports,so your server will be delayed just slightly. Overall a good spot for family or a sports night out.
we walked in about 20 min after they opened for the day. As soon as we walked in there was a family of 4 waiting to be seated and the place seemed to have a lot of seating but I don’t work in restaurants so I’m not sure how the system works for seating guests so I guess I won’t judge the 15 min wait to be seated.. but my initial mood walking in was excited to bring my hubby who gave up on this place years ago and because I had a great experience one night a year ago I been begging him to try it again, and convinced him to eat here instead of TEXAS ROAD HOUSE.. MY MISTAKE :( Anyway, we walk in and we’re not greeted nor smiled at the hostess girl at the front of everyone’s first impression was such a let down. She looked so unhappy to be there and asked us “can I help you?” I would have expected more of like “family of 4?” Or “a table for 4?”but no… and the whole time waiting in the entrance to be seating we observed her seat the other family ahead of us and still her demeanor was underwhelming. They had a special needs kid and it reminded me of my brother so it would have beeen nice to see her be somewhat pleasing for the kids, still no emotion out of her.. so that kind of shifted the mood a little bit for me and my family but decided to stay. Side note: the lobby was dirty the store looks dirty if you look closely and so were the bathrooms. The server at the table was so nice and I have no complaints about her she was awesome 👏. Then our food comes out… oh man I really regretted bringing my family here. The steak was so chewy. The chicken on the same plate looked so dry and felt colder to the touch as if it had been sitting a while before being served to us.. same with my boneless wings literally almost cold to the touch from sitting somewhere… I’m not writing this for anyone to base there decision on coming here off this post but for hopefully a coaching to take place on host at entrance and the wait of the food to be a focus point.
